Spicy yuzu vinegar sauce ー For a carpaccio ー
with UMAMI SHOYU YUZU kosho
■ Ingredients
・fresh salmon slices…5oz
・white wine vinegar…..2tbsp
・watercress…..to taste
・red onion…..to taste
・UMAMI SHOYU YUZU kosho
…..2tbsp
■ Directions
1.Thinly slice the fresh salmon and arrange it on the serving plate.
2.In a bowl, mix white wine vinegar and UMAMI SHOYU in a 1:1 ratio.
3.Pour the sauce over the salmon and finish by decorating with red onions and watercress!
