Soy sauce galad dressing ー For a grilled salad ー
with UMAMI SHOYU GLUTEN FREE LOW SODIUM
■ Ingredients
・zucchini…..1sliced
・tomatoes…..2roughly chopped
・olive oil…..2tbsp
・black pepper…..to taste
・UMAMI SHOYU GLUTEN FREE LOW SODIUM…..2tbsp
■ Directions
1.Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2.Toss zucchini, tomatoes, and any additional vegetables in olive oil and UMAMI SHOYU GLUTEN FREE LOW SODIUM.
3.Grill the vegetables until they have a nice char, and are cooked to your desired level of tendemess.
4.Remove the grilled vegetables from the heat and season with black pepper.
